We’re a NY/NJ-based custom apparel and promotional products company looking for a senior performance marketer to take ownership of our paid acquisition efforts.
Google Ads is the core channel, but this role is about improving lead quality, reducing wasted spend, and driving consistent, scalable growth. This is not a basic campaign management role.
What You’ll Do
Own and improve Google Ads performance end to end
Identify what’s underperforming and fix it quickly
Build keyword strategy based on intent and profitability
Improve ad copy, offers, and landing page alignment
Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution
Optimize beyond campaigns into funnel performance
Explore YouTube and other paid channel opportunities
Collaborate with SEO and marketing
Report on performance with clear insights
What We’re Looking For
5 to 10 plus years in Google Ads or performance marketing
Proven ability to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead
Strong understanding of search intent and conversion strategy
Experience with landing pages and CRO
Ability to think beyond ads into full acquisition strategy
Direct, strategic thinker who follows through
