JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant with excellent American-level spoken English to join our team long-term. This role involves calling businesses, communicating professionally, tracking information, and helping keep projects organized.

We are not looking for a short-term worker. We are looking for someone who wants stable work, consistency, and growth over time.

You must be comfortable speaking clearly and confidently with US-based businesses.

This position requires accountability, attention to detail, and willingness to improve. We value people who take ownership of their work and want to build a long-term working relationship.

Responsibilities

• Call businesses and speak professionally with decision-makers
• Collect contact information (email, phone, etc.)
• Send follow-up emails when needed
• Track notes accurately in CRM or spreadsheet
• Follow up with contacts when required
• Maintain organized records of conversations
• Communicate updates clearly
• Follow instructions and improve over time

• Very strong spoken English (must sound natural to US businesses)
• Clear pronunciation and confident communication
• Reliable internet connection
