JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales / Appointment Setter to generate qualified appointments through direct messaging and outreach.

You will be working inside Facebook, Instagram, other social media, Emails and Text messaging to start conversations, build rapport, and book calls for our sales team.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in sales via DM, email, or similar (appointment setting, outreach, or closing support)
- Excellent written English (must sound natural, not robotic)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with cold and warm prospects
- Highly organized and able to track conversations and follow-ups

Responsibilities:

- Send outbound messages to cold and warm prospects
- Respond to inbound leads, comments, and DMs
- Qualify prospects and move conversations toward booking a call
- Follow up consistently with leads
- Book appointments directly into our calendar
- Track activity and results (CRM experience preferred)

Compensation:
Base pay + performance bonuses based on appointments and results.
