JOB OVERVIEW

The Credit Specialist is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our business.
This role involves reaching out to the credit bureaus for our clients to remove negative items from the credit report. It also involves contacting the banks on behalf of our clients to ensure proper follow up.
The Credit Specialist is responsible for completing tasks quickly and effectively, contributing to the overall goals and plans developed by the credit specialist management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work as part of a cohesive group towards a common goal, contributing to a competitive yet collaborative environment that maximizes the performance of the entire team.
Strive to meet and exceed individual targets.
Participate in lucrative incentive schemes and monetary benefits to encourage high performance.
Report individual metrics to the team leader, ensuring all quotas are met.
Collaborate with the management team to follow all current strategies and provide updates to any changes in the procedures.
Participate in training and onboarding programs.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences to ensure relevant strategies.
Work with existing client success team with a focus on consistent, "white-glove" service and improving overall client experience.
