JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Shopify & Printify operations assistant for a growing apparel brand inspired by classic Christian hymns.

• $4–$6 USD/hour (depending on experience)
• Flexible part-time
• Paid weekly
• Goal is a long-term, stable role

This role is ideal for someone who is careful, organized, and takes pride in doing clean, accurate work.

## What You’ll Be Doing

• Uploading products to Shopify
• Managing products in Printify and Printful (or similar POD platforms)
• Preparing design files for production (sizing, alignment, variants)
• Creating and organizing product mockups
• Checking listings for errors (spelling, formatting, consistency)
• Assisting with customer support emails
• Tracking and organizing orders and product data

## Early Responsibilities

In your first few weeks:

### Mockup Development
Create or identify 10–15 strong product mockups that:
• feel clean and thoughtful
• avoid cliché or overly loud designs
• fit a simple, timeless aesthetic

### File Preparation
Prepare production-ready files (we have many designs ready):
• correct sizing and alignment
• consistent placement
• clear file naming
• exact match with product listings

## Skills

• Shopify
• Printify / POD experience
• Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for graphic design and print production
• Google Sheets
• Customer support experience
• Experience with systems or workflows
• Familiarity with frameworks like WeScale is a bonus
