Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to lead coordination efforts for a real estate development project. This role is not a traditional position. It is a central operator role responsible for aligning marketing execution, sales follow-ups, and on-the-ground project logistics.
You will be working amongst other internal teams making sure coordination and follow up is happening. You will be the point of contact and report to upper management for example you’ll be coordinating marketing efforts, and then making sure the sales team is following up on their inbound leads. Or you’ll be working with the development team to plan out the figure construction and then work with the procurement team to make sure everything is ready to go. work closely with our marketing and sales team to ensure that ideas turn into execution, leads are managed properly, and property operations stay on track.
Work Hours and Salary
- This role operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- Expected working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Monday to Saturday
- Candidates must be available and responsive during these hours
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Marketing Coordination
- Take raw assets (photos, videos, deck materials) and coordinate with internal creatives to produce marketing outputs (flyers, social content, etc.)
- Work with designers to organize and execute marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with video editors on short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)
- Ensure consistent content flow and timely delivery of marketing materials
2. Lead & Sales Coordination
- Monitor incoming leads and ensure timely follow-ups by the sales team
- Maintain and organize CRM (HubSpot)
- Track lead flow and identify gaps in response or conversion
- Help improve systems for managing and nurturing leads
3. Operational & Property Management Support
Track expenses
- Coordinate ordering of materials and supplies
- Maintain visibility on budget and spending
- Assist in organizing on-site activities and logistics
4. Systems & Process Management
- Create and maintain simple, effective workflows across marketing, sales, and operations
- Keep teams aligned, accountable, and on schedule
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of marketing (content, social media, campaigns)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate, property development, or land sales
- Familiarity with content creation workflows (photo/video/social)
- Experience coordinating remote or cross-functional teams
