JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based Medicare and life insurance agency hiring a full-time Video Editor and Graphic Designer to own our content production.

We publish multiple pieces of content daily across Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok — paid ads, reels, long-form videos, and marketing graphics. This is a high-output role. We move fast and we need someone who does too.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Edit video ads, short-form reels, and long-form content daily
• Design thumbnails, social graphics, and marketing materials
• Set up and manage OBS for recordings
• Join daily Zoom check-ins

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years experience in video editing and graphic design
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro — this is required
• Experience editing paid Facebook and YouTube ads
• Skilled in OBS, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time
• Available full-time, exclusively with our agency
• Strong portfolio showing ads, reels, and thumbnails
