About Us

We're a web design agency based in New York that builds websites exclusively for contractors — HVAC, plumbers, electricians, roofers, and similar trades. Business is growing and we need a reliable phone rep to help us reach more contractors across the US.

What This Job Is

You'll be calling contractors from a list we provide, asking them 2–3 simple questions, and getting their permission to receive a short video preview of what their website could look like. That's the whole job.
You are NOT selling anything on the call. You are NOT explaining pricing. You are NOT closing deals. The owner handles all of that. Your only goal is to get the contractor to say "yes, send me the video" and collect their email.

Your Daily Tasks

Make outbound calls through GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM and calling platform
Call contractors from our pre-built list inside GHL
Follow a short script we provide and train you on
Ask whether they have a website and get their email if interested
Disposition every call correctly in GHL after hanging up
Send a brief end-of-day summary of your results


Requirements

Clear, confident spoken English — this is the single most important requirement for this role
Experience with cold calling or phone outreach preferred
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus — if you have it, mention it
Quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
Available to work 9am–1pm US Eastern Time, Monday–Friday. This is a night shift role for Philippines-based applicants — please only apply if this schedule works for you.
Comfortable making 80–150 calls per day
Self-managed and honest about your daily numbers


Compensation

$4–$6 per hour depending on experience
$5 bonus every time a contractor views the video we send
$50 bonus every time a contractor signs up as a client
Bonuses paid weekly with your base pay
