We are a lingerie brand selling online across multiple markets. We run a lean, remote-first marketing team and operate with a clear creative system built around intentional strategy — every ad has a purpose, a target, and a reason to exist. We move fast, test constantly, and double down on what works.
YOUR TEAM
You'll be the fourth member of our core marketing team:
- Media buyer — Performance & spend
- Video editor — Ad production
- Social media manager — Creators & UGC
- Creative strategist — You
THE ROLE:
You are the brain behind our creative output. You translate customer insight into angles, use cases, and briefs — and you own the process from concept to performance read. You don't execute the edits. You make sure every creative has a clear intent, a clear audience, and a reason to exist.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop creative concepts and angles for Meta ads across TOF, MOF, and BOF
- Write clear creative briefs for editors and UGC creators — covering use case, angle, awareness stage, bucket, and format
- Analyze ad performance in Meta Ads Manager and translate data into the next iteration
- Know when to iterate and when to kill — and identify exactly which layer of a creative is responsible for its performance
- Conduct customer research: reviews, comments, competitor ads, voice-of-customer
- Proactively bring new concepts without being asked
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a creative strategist for D2C e-commerce brands on Meta — not entry-level
- Understands the full funnel: TOF / MOF / BOF and how messaging, hooks, and formats differ per stage
- Can build use cases and angles — and understands that Use Case × Angle is what drives high-intent creative output
- Reads performance metrics and can diagnose creative failure at the layer level
- Has briefed UGC creators and knows what a good brief looks like
- Thinks in systems — not random ads, but intentional creative built to scale
- Fluent English, fast communicator, autonomous worker

SALARY
Salary is discussed during the interview call. We believe that if you have the right skills, you deserve to be paid for them — so if you're good, we'll make it work.
IMPORTANT NOTE
We are a lingerie and intimate apparel brand. Our ads are tasteful but adult in nature. You need to be comfortable working in this space and briefing creators on this type of content.
