JOB OVERVIEW

Approximately a one time 7-11 hour project, with possibility for more projects.

I am hiring a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to help manage and improve my Squarespace website, funnels, and SEO.

We are a Christian, minority-owned company focused on helping high-performing individuals improve their mental health, leadership, and family life.

• Squarespace cleanup, not full redesign
• must be comfortable following exact instructions
• must improve conversion, navigation, mobile readability, and on-page SEO
• must be able to remove unnecessary sections and simplify
• must be detail-oriented and able to work inside an existing site framework
• must send preview before publishing
• preference for experience with therapy, coaching, service business, or lead-gen websites

This is an ongoing role for someone who can execute quickly and follow instructions.

You will help with:
- Editing and updating Squarespace pages
- Building and improving landing pages (funnels)
- Fixing layout, spacing, and mobile optimization issues
- Implementing SEO improvements (titles, meta descriptions, keywords)
- Connecting forms, calendars, and lead capture systems
- Making small changes and updates as needed

IMPORTANT:
You must follow instructions exactly. Do not redesign or change things unless asked.

Responsibilities:

1. Squarespace Website Updates
- Edit pages, sections, text, and layout
- Fix spacing, alignment, and mobile issues
- Keep design clean and professional

2. Funnel & Landing Page Builds
- Build high-converting 1-page funnels
- Remove distractions (no unnecessary links)
- Ensure mobile optimization

3. SEO Setup & Improvements
- Update page titles and meta descriptions
- Add keywords to headers and content
- Improve basic on-page SEO

4. Integrations
- Set up forms (name, email, phone)
- Connect booking/calendar systems
- Ensure full flow works properly

5. Testing & QA
- Test all pages (mobile + desktop)
- Fix broken elements
- Ensure fast load speed

- Strong Squarespace experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience with landing pages / funnels
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Fast communication
