Title: Content, SEO & Email Specialist — Part-Time Contractor (Remote)

Description:

We're looking for a Content, SEO & Email Specialist to own all written content, SEO strategy, and email marketing across two related businesses: a property care company serving the Toronto
area and a B2B SaaS platform for field service businesses.

This is a part-time (20 hours/week), long-term engagement with potential to scale. You'll write
landing pages, email sequences, blog posts, case studies, and ad copy in two distinct brand voices
— professional and trust-building for the property care brand, and bold, direct, and opinionated for the SaaS platform. You'll also lead our SEO strategy and execution for the property care brand where we have significant growth opportunity.

What you'll do:
- Write landing pages, email nurture sequences, blog posts, case studies, and ad copy
- Own SEO strategy: technical audits, keyword research, GBP optimization, content planning
- Transform CEO voice memos into LinkedIn post drafts and content themes
- Create and maintain a gated lead magnet for SaaS lead generation
- Coordinate with in-house design/dev team to brief and review web pages
- Coordinate with paid media specialist on ad copy and landing page content

What we're looking for:
- Exceptional English writing (native or near-native) — this is the #1 requirement
- 2+ years of professional content writing for businesses
- Understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and local search optimization
- Experience writing landing pages, emails, and/or blog content
- Ability to write in distinct brand voices for different audiences
- AI-proficient: uses AI to accelerate drafting without sacrificing quality
- Self-directed and deadline-driven in a remote, async work environment

Compensation: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month + quarterly performance bonuses. Long-term ongoing engagement with potential to increase hours
