JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled AI expert with strong Excel and bookkeeping knowledge to help take over the management of our bookkeeping and financial reporting system. This person will play a major role in helping us organize, improve, automate, and manage the full flow of our financial data.

This is not just a basic admin role. We want someone who understands how to use AI in a practical, high-level way to improve bookkeeping workflows, reporting accuracy, billing visibility, dashboards, database structure, and overall financial operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Managing and improving our bookkeeping systems and reporting structure
Building and maintaining advanced Excel-based systems
Creating clear dashboards, billing reports, and financial reports
Organizing financial data into clean, usable databases
Using AI to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency across reporting and bookkeeping tasks
Automating recurring data processes and internal reporting workflows
Helping leadership better understand numbers, trends, and financial performance
Identifying inefficiencies and building better systems to solve them

What We Need From You:

Strong knowledge of Excel is required
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping is required
Strong understanding of financial reporting, billing, and reconciliations
Experience building dashboards, reports, and database-style tracking systems
Ability to use AI tools to improve internal operations and workflows
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy with numbers
Ability to take ownership of a system and improve it over time
Good communication and strong problem-solving skills

Important:
We are not looking for someone whose main skillset is third-party automation tools like Zapier or Make. Those are not a priority for this role. We are specifically looking for someone strong in:

Excel
Bookkeeping
Dashboards
Databases
Billing reports
Financial automation
AI-driven workflow improvement

Ideal Candidate:
You should be the type of person who can step into a messy or developing financial system, understand it quickly, improve it, and eventually help take ownership of how the entire bookkeeping and reporting structure runs.
