About Us

POS360 is a Southern California-based technology company building the next generation of point-of-sale solutions for restaurants, liquor stores, and retail businesses. Our products power thousands of merchants across the country, and we're gearing up to build our most ambitious product yet — a ground-up, cross-platform POS application designed to redefine the merchant experience.

The Role

We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to shape the look, feel, and usability of our new flagship POS system. You'll contribute to the design process from research and wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready assets, working closely with engineering and product leadership to ship software that merchants actually love using.

What You'll Do

- Design intuitive, visually polished interfaces for tablet, desktop, and mobile POS experiences
- Create and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
- Translate complex retail and restaurant workflows into clean, accessible user flows
- Collaborate directly with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Conduct user research and usability testing with real merchants
- Produce marketing and brand assets as needed

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- 2+ years working in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
- 2+ years with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
- Experience designing for data-dense or transactional interfaces is a plus
- Familiarity with POS, retail, or restaurant technology is a bonus, not a requirement
