We’re looking for a reliable and consistent Graphic Designer who can be fully accountable during EST working hours. This is not a flexible or on-call role. We need someone who shows up, communicates, and gets things done without constant hand-holding.

If you can think for yourself, bring strong design ideas to the table, and execute while staying aligned with brand guidelines, keep reading.

What You’ll Do
• Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns
• Social media graphics
• Ad creatives
• Email graphics
• Website visuals
• Sales and funnel assets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with campaign goals
• Deliver high-quality designs within agreed timelines
• Implement revisions quickly and accurately
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients and industries
• Use AI tools to speed up workflows, ideation, mockups, and variations

What We’re Looking For
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility and clean execution
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Actively using AI tools in your workflow
• Gemini
• ChatGPT
• Midjourney or similar
• Any tool that improves speed and output
• Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines
• Can come up with design ideas, not just execute instructions
• Fast turnaround without compromising quality
• Strong communication skills
• Must be responsive and available during EST working hours
• Consistent. Reliable. Doesn’t disappear mid-project
