Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM records (Follow Up Boss preferred)
- Audit leads from emails and ensure proper entry
- Communicate with ISAs and agents to confirm timely follow-up
- Generate reports for management
- Track compliance documents and deadlines
- Database clean-up and optimization
- Provide CRM support to tea ---------- mbers
