We are a growing company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our operations. Our team values clear communication, accuracy, and efficiency in managing financial and administrative tasks.
1. Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as accounts receivable/payable, invoice preparation, and expense tracking
2. Reconcile records and maintain accurate documentation when required
3. Support with US tax-related tasks (sales tax compliance, reporting, invoicing)
4. Communicate with clients, contractors, and tea
5. Provide occasional operational support
Requirements:
* Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
* Proficiency in QuickBooks
* Strong bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English, written and spoken)
* Background in US tax practices (sales tax compliance, invoicing, reporting)
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and handle tasks on an ad hoc basis
* Flexibility on working schedule (for weekend demands)
