Good. OnlineJobs.ph has a strong pool of Filipino musicians and producers — classically trained pianists especially, many from conservatories. Here's a posting formatted for that platform:
Part-Time Music Producer / Pianist — Children's YouTube Show
About the Show
Brother Sunbeam is a faith-based children's YouTube show for ages 3–7, similar in style to Miss Rachel and Blippi. We create warm, gentle, high-quality episodes teaching values and character to young children. Music is a central part of every episode and we need it to sound professional, simple, and beautiful.
What You'll Be Doing
Taking existing sheet music (Primary-style children's songs) and producing clean piano-based instrumental backing tracks
Arranging and recording tracks that feel warm, gentle, and appropriate for a 3–7 year old audience — think soft, simple, not overproduced
Revising tracks based on feedback until they feel right
Delivering files in broadcast-ready quality (WAV or high quality MP3)
Potentially mixing vocals into finished tracks if you have that skill
This Is NOT an AI Music Job
We are not looking for someone to generate tracks with Suno or similar tools. We need a real musician who can read sheet music, play or program piano with feeling, and produce tracks that sound human and warm. If your workflow is primarily AI generation, this is not the right fit.
Hours and Pay
This is a part-time role to start — roughly 2 to 5 hours per month depending on our episode schedule. Starting pay is $100–$200 USD per month. If the quality is strong and the working relationship is good, this role grows. We plan to add vocal mixing, original composition, and jingle work as the show expands.
You're a Great Fit If You:
Can read sheet music and work from it directly
Play piano or have strong piano programming skills in a DAW (Logic, GarageBand, FL Studio, or similar)
Have a good ear for what sounds gentle and appropriate for young children
Can take direction and revise without getting precious about it
Deliver clean files on time without chasing
Have vocal mixing experience (a big bonus — mention this clearly)
To Apply, Please Send:
Two or three samples of your previous work — ideally piano-based or acoustic instrumental tracks
A short note telling us your DAW of choice and how you typically work from sheet music
The phrase "I read music" at the top of your message so we know you read this fully
Your availability and any questions
We will respond to applications likely by the end of April. Appreciate your time!
