The Realty Network (TRN) is a private, invite-only global network connecting real estate professionals across borders. We are in early growth — 10+ members, 10+ countries — and building two Instagram presences from the ground up:
1. My personal founder page — positioning me as a credible, trusted voice in international real estate (1 high-quality post per month, aesthetic and authority-focused)
2. The TRN brand page — active content to grow the network and attract agent members (minimum 2 Reels per week + 1–2 picture posts)
I need a content producer who can learn this brand deeply, think creatively about how to tell the story, and turn raw footage I record into polished, professional social content. This is a long-term role that grows as TRN grows.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Content production (primary focus):
— Edit short-form Reels from raw footage I record on my phone — clean cuts, on-screen captions, music selection, colour grading
— Design picture posts and carousel graphics in Canva that match both brand aesthetics
— Write captions in my voice from voice notes or bullet points I provide
— Build and manage a monthly content calendar for both pages
— Schedule posts via Meta Business Suite
— Track basic performance (reach, engagement) and flag what is working
Brand strategy support:
— Weekly 30-minute briefing call to develop content ideas based on what happened that week in the business
— Propose 5–7 content ideas per week — I pick 2–3 and you execute
— Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats (e.g. Reel becomes a quote post, becomes a story)
— Help maintain a consistent aesthetic across both pages
Sales ops support (secondary):
— LinkedIn outreach using approved templates
— CRM tracking and follow-up sequences
— Member onboarding admin and scheduling
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
Must-haves:
— Strong short-form video editing portfolio — show me Reels you have edited, not just long-form
— Advanced Canva skills — not just templates. Ability to build and maintain a brand visual identity
— Excellent written English — you will be writing captions that sound like me
— Experience managing content for a personal brand or business Instagram account
— Proactive communicator — I want someone who comes to me with ideas, not someone who waits to be told what to do
Strong bonus:
— Experience with real estate, property, business, or professional services content
— Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools (Notion, Airtable)
— Understanding of what makes short-form content perform in a B2B or professional niche
HOURS AND RATE
— 20–25 hours per week to start
— Async-first, but must overlap with European time zones for at least 4 hours on weekdays
— Please include your hourly rate and your portfolio link in your application
— This role grows to full-time as TRN scales
HOW TO APPLY
I will only read applications that answer all three questions:
1. Share a link to 2–3 Reels you have edited. Tell me what your role was in creating them.
2. I am going to send you a 30-second voice note of me talking about a real estate topic. Can you write a caption in my voice from it? Reply yes or no — if yes, I will send it after reviewing your portfolio.
3. Describe a time you managed content for someone else's brand. What did you own and how did you keep the output consistent to their voice?
Applications without a portfolio and all three answers will not be reviewed.
Budget: $3–7/hr depending on experience
Hours: Part-time, 20–25 hrs/week
