Med Matrix is a fast-growing functional medicine and longevity company focused on helping patients optimize their health through advanced diagnostics, hormones, peptides, and regenerative medicine. We are building a highly automated, scalable infrastructure across marketing, sales, and operations, and we are looking for a systems expert to help lead that evolution.
This role is for someone with 6+ years of experience who has already built multiple complex workflows and understands how to think in systems, not just tasks. You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced automations using GoHighLevel, n8n, and AI tools like Claude Code to improve patient acquisition, conversion, retention, and internal operations.
This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential. You will work directly with leadership, help shape the backbone of the company’s systems, and continuously expand your skillset in automation, AI-driven development, and scalable infrastructure. As Med Matrix grows, there is strong opportunity to evolve into a leadership or head of systems position while working on increasingly complex and innovative projects.

Core Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize end-to-end automation systems across marketing, sales, and operations
Develop advanced workflows using GoHighLevel, n8n, and AI tools (e.g., Claude Code)
Continuously improve patient acquisition funnels, conversion processes, and retention systems
Identify bottlenecks in current systems and implement scalable solutions to eliminate inefficiencies
Integrate various platforms (CRM, EMR, marketing tools, payment systems, etc.) into a cohesive ecosystem
Build and maintain automated communication systems (SMS,
Marketing & Sales Systems
Create and optimize automated lead nurture sequences to increase show-up and close rates
Build tracking and attribution systems to monitor campaign performance and ROI
Implement systems for lead segmentation, scoring, and personalized follow-up
Optimize appointment booking, confirmation, and reactivation workflows
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve funnel performance through automation
Operations & Internal Systems
Automate internal workflows to improve team efficiency and reduce manual tasks
Build dashboards and reporting systems for real-time business insights
Streamline patient onboarding, lab processing, and follow-up systems
Develop SOPs and documentation for all systems and automations
Ensure systems are scalable and can support rapid company growth
AI & Innovation
Leverage AI tools to enhance automation, decision-making, and workflow efficiency
Build and test AI-driven solutions for communication, analysis, and operations
Stay on the cutting edge of automation, AI, and systems infrastructure
Continuously experiment and implement new tools to improve performance
Collaboration & Leadership
Work directly with leadership to align systems with company goals and growth strategy
Translate high-level business objectives into scalable systems and workflows
Train tea
Act as the internal expert on automation, integrations, and systems thinking
Continuous Improvement
Regularly audit systems to identify opportunities for optimization
Test and iterate workflows to improve performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.)
Troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability and uptime
Maintain a mindset of building for scale, not just immediate solutions
