JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO freelancer for long-term collaboration (years, not months).

This is NOT a beginner role. We are looking for someone experienced, independent, and proactive.

About the role:

You will be working on multiple websites, mainly in Hebrew, as well as English, Hungarian, Romanian, and Spanish.

The key challenge:
Working on SEO in languages you may not necessarily speak fluently - using tools, logic, and experience.

Responsibilities:
Keyword research and search intent analysis
Writing and optimizing SEO articles (with AI tools when needed)
Building content strategies and silo structures
On-page optimization (titles, meta, headings, internal linking)
Internal linking strategy and implementation
Continuous improvement based on performance (not just "done tasks")
Requirements:
Proven experience in SEO (must)
Experience working on non-native languages (big advantage)
Strong understanding of SEO structure, not just content writing
Ability to work independently without constant guidance
“Problem solver” mindset with strong learning ability
Understanding how to use AI tools effectively for SEO
Work conditions:
Long-term position (minimum several years)
Full-time workload (7–8 hours per day)
Must be available at least 4–5 hours overlapping with Israel time zone
Remaining hours can be flexible
Salary:
Starting salary: $400/month
Salary increase based on performance and results over time
Important:

We are not looking for someone who just completes tasks.
We are looking for someone who delivers real results and improvements over time.

Performance will be evaluated based on actual SEO progress month by month.

If you read everything, start your title with: kazakov

Also include:

Your SEO experience
Whether you have worked on languages you do NOT speak
Examples of past work (if available)

Honesty is critical.
If you don’t have experience with foreign languages but believe you can handle it, say so. We will know very quickly either way.
