JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: 40 hours per week
Availability: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay: $5/hour

We are looking for a creative and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our social media and content efforts. This is a content-focused role with some administrative tasks sprinkled in, designed for someone who enjoys creating, researching, and driving engagement online.
If you are someone who understands what types of posts capture attention, drive engagement, and ultimately lead to sales - and can teach and guide strategy - you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do
- Research trending topics, post types, and content strategies in our niche
- Brainstorm, create, and propose content ideas and scripts for video production
- Help manage social media content calendars
- Occasionally assist with administrative tasks to fill in workflow gaps
- Collaborate with the team to improve engagement and optimize content
- Provide insights and guidance on what content drives interest and conversions

- Ability to lead content strategy and educate the team on what works

- Experience with 3D text and captions
- Experience with CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and AI Editing tools
