We are a growth-focused organization operating across real estate development, distribution, and commercial operations. As we continue to scale, we are building out a strong internal team and are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead hiring, employee management, and HR operations.
Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations across the organization.
This role will play a critical part in building the company’s team by leading talent acquisition, developing HR processes, and supporting employee growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring
- Conduct headhunting and proactive candidate outreach
- Create and manage job postings across recruiting platforms
- Develop, review, and update job descriptions
- Set up and manage company accounts on recruiting platforms
- Monitor applications and maintain candidate pipelines
- Screen candidates and assist in shortlisting
- Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews
- Develop standardized interview formats and evaluation criteria
- Draft and communicate offer letters
Employee Onboarding & Experience
- Manage onboarding process for new hires
- Conduct employee orientation
- Prepare onboarding materials and documentation
- Communicate company policies and expectations
HR Operations & Administration
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and documentation
Compensation, Payroll & Benefits
- Assist in compensation management
- Oversee payroll coordination, deductions, and taxes
- Ensure timely payroll processing
- Support benefits administration
Performance Management & Development
- Coordinate performance reviews
- Work with leadership on evaluations
- Track employee performance and development goals
Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs
- Identify skill-building and development opportunities
- Support continuing education initiatives
Employee Relations & Communication
- Serve as point of contact for employee concerns
- Draft and distribute company communications and memos
- Promote a positive workplace environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR or recruiting experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- High attention to detail and professionalism
