Job Title: Financial Empowerment Coach
Are you passionate about helping others transform their relationship with money?
We are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and results-driven Financial Coach to join our team. In this role, you won’t just be crunching numbers; you’ll be a mentor, a strategist, and a catalyst for life-changing financial habits.
The ideal candidate blends deep financial literacy with the "soft skills" of behavioral coaching and a natural ability to identify growth opportunities for our clients.
The Role & Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Facilitate 12 financial courses per year (one per month), per group,
guiding groups through core topics like budgeting, debt elimination, and wealth building. you will have input on tweaking the course structure before the first cohort starts.
Client Mentorship: Conduct 2 high-impact 1-on-1 interactions per month per client, providing personalized accountability and tailored action plans.
Behavioral Coaching: Help clients identify and overcome the emotional hurdles and "money scripts" that hold them back.
Growth Mindset : Identify clients who would benefit from deeper levels of support or advanced programs, comfortably navigating "upsell" conversations that align with the client’s long-term goals.
What We’re Looking For:
The Educator: You can take complex financial concepts and make them simple, engaging, and actionable for a diverse audience.
The Listener: You have a "coach first" mentality—asking powerful questions rather than just giving directives.
The Closer: You possess a subtle "sales" instinct. You understand that offering additional services isn't just a transaction; it's providing the client with more tools for success.
Financial Fluency: Solid understanding of personal finance fundamentals (credit, cash flow, debt reduction strategies, etc.).
Requirements:
Proven experience in financial coaching, counseling, or a related field (e.g., life coaching with a focus on finance) Accounting teachers can be a contender.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (virtual and/or in-person).
Comfortable with sales targets or "value-add" performance metrics.
USA - graveyard shifts.
