JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Lead Profit Specialist with strong bookkeeping and leadership experience to manage accounts and support team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping for assigned accounts
- Review month-end reports and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching/mentoring
- Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new tea ---------- mbers
- Conduct audits and ensure quality bookkeeping standards
- Lead weekly tea ---------- etings and report updates to management
- Ensure client concerns are handled promptly and professionally

Qualifications:
- Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
