Job Title: Social Media Manager (Part-time, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time)

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook)
• Create and execute an effective content calendar
• Analyze metrics and performance insights regularly
• Optimize content strategy based on analytics and trends
• Stay active on platforms, engage by liking, commenting, and interacting with relevant accounts to boost brand visibility organically
• Strategize campaigns and content direction, not just create posts
• Coordinate closely with our Designer to ensure visuals align with the brand direction
• Ensure all content aligns with Cabana’s branding and tone

Qualifications
• Proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook accounts
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies
• Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking
• Strategic thinker, you plan before you post
• Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented
• Plus point if you have basic design knowledge or strong visual sense
• Bonus: Experience handling luxury, lifestyle, or wellness brands

Role Overview
Cabana is looking for a strategic and proactive Social Media Manager to grow and elevate our online presence.
We’re not just looking for someone who posts content. We need someone who understands brand positioning, audience psychology, and data. Someone who can strategize, analyze, and continuously improve our social presence.
Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, or wellness brands is preferred, but not required.
