About Level Up Agency

Level Up Agency is a fast-growing email marketing agency working with e-commerce brands around the world. We specialize in helping brands grow their revenue through high-converting email campaigns and automated flows.

Because we’re scaling quickly, we’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer specialized in email marketing to join our team.

You’ll work closely with two other graphic designers, a project manager, and the founder, in a small and focused team where quality, speed, and communication are key.

Your Responsibilities
• Design high-converting email campaigns and flows for e-commerce brands
• Create clean, conversion-focused layouts optimized for email marketing
• Work closely with the project manager and founder to refine and improve designs
• Implement feedback quickly and iterate when needed
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Deliver work on time and according to deadlines

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Our agency operates in a high pace environment, which means you need to be able to handle pressure and manage deadlines well.

Strong communication is extremely important. Since our team works fully remote, you need to be comfortable communicating clearly, giving updates on your work, and staying aligned with the team.

Requirements:
• Strong graphic design skills
• Experience with email design (experience with Klaviyo is a big plus)
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with a project manager and the founder
• Ability to communicate progress and give updates regularly
• Fluent in English
