JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled and independent video editor for our fast growing Ecommerce brand Cookware.

You must be able to create Meta ad creatives independently based on competitor videos, creative references, and our briefings. We are not looking for someone who needs step by step guidance. We want someone who can think creatively, work fast, and deliver performance driven ads with minimal input.

This is a long term opportunity with strong potential to grow into a full time role if the work is good.

What you will do
You should be able to handle the full creative process:
* Source relevant video footage
* Generate video footage using AI when needed
* Edit complete video ads for Meta
* Create strong hooks, pacing, ad structure, and overall flow
* Turn briefings and competitor inspiration into original, high converting creatives
* Work independently and make good creative decisions

What we are looking for
* Strong experience with video editing for Meta ads
* Good understanding of direct response advertising
* Experience with ecommerce creatives
* Experience using AI tools for video generation, enhancement, or support
* Strong English communication skills
* Fast, reliable, and easy to work with
* Someone who can take ownership and move quickly without constant back and forth

Communication
Good communication is very important to us.
* We communicate mainly through Slack
* For urgent things, we may also use WhatsApp
* You should be responsive, clear in communication, and comfortable in a fast paced workflow

Delivery time
Fast turnaround is a hard requirement.
* Every task must be delivered within 24 hours
If you cannot consistently deliver within 24 hours, this role is probably not the right fit.

Trial assignment
To apply, shortlisted candidates will be asked to create one video ad for our Cookware brand based on our briefing and competitor references.
The best candidate will be hired.

Salary
$7 per hour

Long term potential
