JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

A trust isn't complete until it's funded. You'll coordinate deed preparation, financial institution outreach, and beneficiary designation updates to make sure every asset gets where it belongs. This role is part legal work, part relationship management — you'll be a regular point of contact with banks, Edward Jones advisors, and county recorders, and how you represent the firm matters.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and record deeds: draft quitclaim/warranty deeds with accurate legal descriptions and coordinate recording with county offices.

• Reach out to financial institutions: contact banks, investment firms, and insurance companies to retitle accounts and update beneficiary designations.

• Draft funding instruction letters to advisors and institutions with clear retitling instructions.

• Track funding status: maintain internal records so the office can confirm at binder pickup what's complete and what's outstanding.

What We Need

• 2+ years in legal, real estate, financial services, or a coordination-heavy role

• Warm, professional communicator — you build relationships, not friction. Financial advisors refer clients to us; how you treat them directly affects the firm.

• Organized and proactive: you track your own open items and follow up without being asked

• Strong written English for external letters and emails

• Reliable setup: Windows, stable internet with backup, quiet workspace

Deed preparation or Missouri real property experience is a strong plus. We'll train the right person.
