The Role
This is the operational backbone of the business. You will own the full customer lifecycle — from the

You'll also own the full CX operation via Gorgias and the entire Shopify and Skio backend. At launch this role becomes the most business-critical position in the company. Customers are paying. Things go wrong. You handle it.

Email
Klaviyo — all flows, campaigns, SMS, segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, revenue reporting

Gorgias — full CX inbox, SOP library, escalation process
Refunds, disputes, returns coordination
Reviews and reputation management
HSA/FSA customer query handling
Brand voice consistency across all customer communications
Operations
Shopify — order management, day-to-day admin
Skio — full subscription management, churn monitoring, MRR reporting
Weekly subscription health dashboard — active subscribers, churn rate, MRR
Inventory tracking support
Supplier liaison on operational matters
CX SOP library ownership and maintenance

Must-Have Skills
Proven Klaviyo experience — show us flows you've built and results they drove. No evidence, no consideration.
Shopify back-end competency
Gorgias or equivalent CX platform experience
Strong written English
Data competency — you build dashboards, interpret metrics, report clearly
Experience with Western DTC brands

The Culture
We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with a brand from zero to something significant — and be rewarded for it.
This is a long-term role. We're thinking 5+ years, not 5 months. If you're the right person, you'll have more responsibility, higher pay, and genuine ownership over something that matters.
The founder is based in Bali and runs the business remotely. He visits the team in person. He's accessible, direct, and genuinely invested in the people he works with.
We operate with high trust and zero micromanagement. You'll be expected to take initiative, flag problems before they become crises, and bring ideas without being asked. If you need to be told what to do every day, this isn't the right fit.
We use AI tools across the entire team. Claude and role-specific tools are all provided. We expect you to embrace them, learn them fast, and use them to multiply your output.
Compensation includes a 6-monthly salary review tied to brand performance, an annual team bonus pool, and an annual team trip.
