In This Role, You’ll:
Act as a sharp, detail-oriented content writer with a strong sense of brand voice and consumer appeal. This is a content-focused role built around your ability to research deeply, write compelling copy across multiple formats, and serve as the quality gate for all customer-facing content.
You'll work closely with our co-founders and Assistant Marketing Manager as part of a globally distributed team. AI tools are central to how we work, you'll use them to accelerate research, generate drafts, and iterate quickly. Your judgment, brand instinct, and editorial eye are what make the output great.
This is a full-time, remote position with working hours that substantially overlap UTC+8. How you communicate and collaborate matters as much as your talent and qualifications.
What You'll Be Doing
-Content Creation: Write scripts for TikTok branded videos, Amazon video ads, and future ad platforms. Create
-Creative Testing & Messaging: Develop systematic messaging variations for messaging and creative testing, breaking down product angles, benefits, and hooks to identify what resonates through data.
-Content Review & Refinement: Serve as the brand voice quality gate. Review and refine output from AI tools and third-party platforms (such as Amazon listing optimization tools) for accuracy, consumer appeal, and brand alignment.
-Research & Consumer Insights: Conduct deep product, market, and competitive research. Mine customer reviews, forums, and social conversations to understand real customer language, pain points, and motivations. Use these insights to shape stronger messaging.

-Creative Briefing: Write clear, actionable briefs for graphic designers and TikTok content creators to keep visual and verbal messaging aligned and on-brand.
-Additional Marketing Support: Contribute to other marketing initiatives as needed, including Amazon customer Q&A, review engagement, and emerging projects that support the company’s growth objectives.
What You’ll Bring:
-2 to 4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or brand communications, ideally for U.S.-facing consumer brands.
-Strong written English with the ability to produce polished, consumer-facing copy that sounds natural to a U.S. audience. Fluent in spoken English.
-Demonstrated ability to write across formats: video scripts, product copy,
-Skilled at prompting AI writing and research tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to produce high-quality output. AI is a core part of our content workflow, not an occasional aid.
-Strong research skills and instinct. You dig into products, competitors, reviews, social signals, and customer conversations before you start writing.
-A portfolio or writing samples that demonstrate brand voice adaptability and consumer-oriented messaging.
-Familiarity with Amazon e-commerce, health and wellness, or OTC skin products is a plus but not required.
