JOB OVERVIEW

PART-TIME MARKETING VA (EMAIL, SOCIAL, VIDEO, ADS)

We are a growing plumbing company based in the U.S. looking for a high-level Marketing Virtual Assistant who can help us generate leads and grow the business consistently.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We need someone who can take ownership and help drive results.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- Email marketing campaigns (Brevo or similar)
- Social media posting + content planning (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Basic video editing (short-form content, reels, YouTube clips)
- Canva graphics (flyers, posts, simple designs)
- Help with Google Ads / Local Service Ads
- Assist with lead generation strategies
- Track and report marketing performance

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Experience in digital marketing (REQUIRED)
- Strong understanding of email marketing + automation
- Comfortable with social media growth strategies
- Experience with Canva + video editing tools
- Basic understanding of paid ads (Google Ads is a BIG plus)
- Strong English communication
- Organized and able to work independently
- Must be proactive and results-driven

VERY IMPORTANT:

We are looking for someone who:

- Takes ownership (doesn’t wait to be told everything)
- Can suggest ideas and improvements
- Moves FAST and communicates clearly
- Wants to grow with a company long-term

POSITION DETAILS:

- Part-time (20 hours/week)
- Flexible schedule (but must be responsive daily)
- Monthly pay: $400–$600 (based on experience)
