JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced Revit Architect who delivers precise, high-quality models and drawings?

I'm looking for a skilled Revit Architect to support the creation of Revit models and drawing sets for approvals and construction, with a strong understanding of US residential construction documentation standards. California residential construction documents experience is a plus.

Tasks
- Set up precise Revit models based on imported reference geometry (e.g., 3D files)
- Create sheets for approval sets and construction using company templates
- Manage revisions to models and drawing sets
- Create and update templates as needed

Requirements
- 3–6+ years of professional Revit experience
- Access to Revit 2026
- Proven experience producing US and/or California residential construction documents
- Excellent Revit hygiene (views, sheets, warnings, organization)
- Reliable communication and efficient production
- Must be available for 2–3 hours of daily overlap within 10am–6pm PST

Results
- Revit models built with precision, accurately referencing imported geometry
- Clean, organized, and approvable sheets and drawing sets
- Well-maintained Revit files and templates
- Milestones delivered efficiently and on time
- Clear and reliable communication

Compensation
$1,200/month for full-time (40 hours/week) paid twice per month
