SUNAGO Matrix is a project-driven ERP platform built for consulting firms, typically with 5 to 50 employees. Its strongest area is project economics, giving firms real-time visibility across projects, operations, and performance.

The platform is in active use across more than 35 countries and benchmarks strongly on both functionality and price against competing systems.

We are expanding our sales force in selected markets and are looking for independent contractors who want to build a serious, growing income around a product with real market fit.

## The Role

As a Client Growth Manager, you own the full commercial relationship, from identifying and approaching leads, to running discovery and demo meetings, closing new clients, and maintaining the commercial relationship after the sale by spotting early signs of dissatisfaction and helping protect retention.

Your responsibilities include:

* Identifying and approaching relevant leads
* Booking and running discovery and demo meetings
* Presenting SUNAGO Matrix professionally
* Closing new clients
* Maintaining commercial contact with clients after closing
* Identifying early signs of dissatisfaction
* Handling smaller issues directly where possible
* Escalating larger issues internally before they develop into churn

This role combines new sales, relationship building, account growth, and retention. You should expect to build your own pipeline. SUNAGO will provide leads to help you get started.

## Compensation

This role is 90% commission-based.

The model is built around recurring subscription revenue. When you close a client, you earn a significant upfront bonus on the first month. Then you earn a recurring percentage of every payment they make for as long as they stay. Year one clients become year two income. The more clients you retain, the more your monthly baseline grows before you close a single new deal in the next period.

A typical client has around 10 seats. You also earn commission on setup fees at closing.

In a 36-month client portfolio scenario shown in our Earnings Planner, total commission payout exceeds 30% of subscription revenue. That is the level of payout the model is designed around.

The model is designed to reward three things:

* Closed business
* Long-term client retention
* Consistent commercial performance

We work with an Earnings Planner that makes income potential concrete and transparent. It maps out what a realistic portfolio of clients can look like at 12, 24, and 36 months in actual numbers. You will be shown the Earnings Planner during the interview process, before you make any decision.

Relevant experience includes SaaS sales, software or ERP solutions, B2B commercial roles, account growth, and client retention. Experience in similar performance-based environments is a strong advantage. This role is not suited for candidates without relevant commercial or software-related experience.
