About the role
We run patient acquisition campaigns for stem cell and regenerative medicine clinics across the US. Our ads generate inbound leads daily — your job is to contact those leads quickly, qualify them, and book them onto a Zoom call with our senior closer.
You don't need to know anything about stem cells on day one — we provide full training on the treatments, patient pain points, and our qualification script. What we can't train is hunger, reliability, and the ability to hold a real conversation.
What you'll do day-to-day
Follow up with inbound leads by phone, SMS, and DM within minutes of them coming in
Run through a qualification script to identify if the prospect is a good fit
Book qualified prospects into the calendar for a Zoom consultation
Log all activity and update contact records in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Follow up with no-shows and reschedule them
What we're looking for
GHL Experience
At least 1 year of experience in a sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing role
Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be speaking with US-based patients
Fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and follow-ups
Coachable — we have a proven script and process; you follow it and improve over time
