We're hiring a high-level Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain our internal operations platform — a live production system that consolidates our entire agency into one dashboard. You must understand how to ship production-quality features quickly using AI-assisted development, not just write code the traditional way.

Your core responsibilities:

Building full-stack features across a Next.js 14 + TypeScript codebase

Designing and maintaining Prisma schemas on Supabase (Postgres)

Creating API integrations with Meta Graph API, GoHighLevel, and other third-party services

Building webhook handlers and data ingestion pipelines

Developing dashboard pages, reporting views, and admin tools

Deploying to Railway and monitoring production health

Debugging live production issues and resolving bugs quickly

Writing clean, maintainable code using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI tools

Reviewing AI-generated code for errors, edge cases, and security issues before shipping

Collaborating directly with the founder on feature planning and architecture

Optimizing database queries and backend performance as the platform scales

Producing clear technical documentation and handoff notes

What we require:

Strong full-stack expertise — frontend, backend, databases, and APIs

Proven production experience — you've shipped and maintained real systems

Proficiency with Next.js 14, TypeScript, React, and REST APIs

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma (or equivalent ORM)

Comfortable working with webhooks, third-party integrations, and data pipelines

Daily use of AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot (hard requirement)

Ability to review and debug AI-generated code and catch mistakes before production

Self-directed and reliable — you can plan, build, and ship without hand-holding

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English

Willingness to work U.S. time zones and respond to production issues quickly

Highly analytical, resourceful, and execution-focused
