JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented creative with a strong eye for soft feminine luxury aesthetics to support content across 3 personal brands (Feminine Finance, Feminine Energy, Lifestyle & Golf) and highly adaptable to provide support for our growing Social Media Marketing Agency.

Weekly Creative Output (~15 Hours)
* 1 Long-form Video (10 to 15 mins)(YouTube edit with thumbnail)
* 2 Short-Form Clips cut from long form YT video (TikTok/Reels)
* Short-Form Video: 6 high-quality Reels/TikToks (editing provided raw footage)
* 2 Static Content: aesthetic quote posts
* 2 educational carousels
* Aesthetic Curation: Selecting elegant/classy audio and ensuring all visuals meet the "Soft Luxury" brand standard.

Agency Support (~5 Hours)
* Assisting with content batches for agency clients.
* Adapting to different brand voices and visual styles.
* Simple video editing, captions, and/or graphic editing for client socials.

Note: Deliverables are adjusted within timeframe based on weekly priorities.

What We’re Looking For
* The Aesthetic: You understand "Elegant Clean Girl," minimalist, and elevated visual storytelling.
* Tech Stack: Has their own and is proficient in CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.
* Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things (fonts, spacing, color grading).
* Adaptable: Can switch from "Soft Feminine" for personal brands to "Professional" for agency clients.
* Has fast internet connection and good laptop/desktop storage.

Growth Opportunity
This role has the potential to move to Full-Time as the brand and agency expand.
