What we do
We're a growing e-commerce agency and we're looking for two key people to strengthen our sales team — a Setter and a Closer. If you love persuading people and seeing real results, you'll fit right in.
Setter
You're the first point of contact for potential clients. Your job is to spark interest, start conversations, and book qualified appointments for the Closer.
Your responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients via DM
Generate interest and understand the prospect's needs
Schedule and coordinate qualified appointments with the Closer
Keep the pipeline clean and track all outreach activity
What we're looking for:
Confident, friendly communication — both written and verbal
Resilience and persistence — you don't let rejection slow you down
Organised, reliable, and consistent work ethic
Excellent written English — natural tone, strong grammar, clear and concise
Fast typist (50+ WPM), comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
Reliable home setup: stable internet (100+ Mbps), quiet workspace, comfortable with email and basic web tools
Flexible availability for shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or peak-period coverage
Experience in sales or outreach is a plus, but not required
