JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Philippines) – Property Deal Sourcing + Setup Support
I’m looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (Philippines-based) to support me in building and scaling a UK property deal sourcing business. This role includes both initial setup tasks and ongoing deal sourcing/admin support.
???? Initial Setup (One-Off Tasks)
Set up a professional domain-based email address
Assist with website setup (domain, hosting, basic pages, and launch)
Ensure everything is clean, functional, and ready for business use
???? Ongoing Responsibilities
Property Deal Sourcing Support
Search property platforms (e.g. Rightmove, Zoopla) daily
Identify potential below-market-value (BMV) opportunities
Track price reductions and long-listed properties
Build and maintain a deal pipeline
Basic Deal Analysis
Input deals into a spreadsheet/calculator
Estimate rental values using comparables
Calculate basic metrics (yield, ROI, cash flow)
Flag deals that meet set criteria
Area Research
Gather data on property prices, rents, and demand
Research local amenities, transport links, and market trends
Provide simple area summaries
Lead Generation & Outreach
Build lists of estate agents and landlords
Send outreach messages/emails
Assist with direct-to-vendor lead generation
Log and organise responses
Admin Support
Maintain spreadsheets/CRM
Organise leads and follow-ups
General virtual assistance tasks as needed
? Ideal Candidate
Experience with property research, lead generation, or deal sourcing (preferred but not essential)
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
Familiar with email/domain and basic website setup (or willing to learn)
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Good written English and communication skills
Able to follow clear systems and processes
