We are a European manufacturer of charred timber cladding (Shou Sugi Ban), working with architects, developers, and contractors across the UK and Europe.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and build long-term partnerships.
Your role:
– Manage and convert incoming leads (architects, developers, contractors)
– Find new leads independently
– Build relationships with key decision makers
– Identify and develop new business opportunities
– Present our products and solutions to clients
– Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
– Experience in B2B sales (construction, materials, or architecture preferred)
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills
– Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
– Proactive and results-driven mindset
– European working hours (CET)
– Additional European Language would be an advantage
