JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and communication-focused remote tea ---------- mber from the Philippines to support our outreach to companies across Europe.

This is a long-term role. Depending on your language skills and overall fit, you may be assigned to one country, one language region, or a small group of European countries. Strong performers may later receive exclusive responsibility for a specific market.

Quick facts

Full-time
40 hours or more per week
Main working hours should follow European business time, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Europe time
Saturday work is optional
Fixed pay: $1.75 per hour
Additional $25 commission for each supplier profile booked when you made a significant contribution to the conversion
1 paid trial day before long-term hiring

About Hortinex
Hortinex is an international B2B platform for the horticulture industry. Buyers can use the platform for free to view offers, compare prices, contact suppliers directly, and create tenders. Suppliers can book a paid supplier profile to professionally present their assortment and receive new business through direct buyer contact and matching tenders.

Your main tasks

Work through existing company leads in Europe
Write personalized outbound emails to companies
Handle follow-ups by phone and by additional email
Document all contact attempts, responses, results, and next steps in a cloud-based Excel tracking file
Review leads and identify whether a company is more likely to be a potential buyer or supplier, either before outreach or during the conversation
Add missing lead information when needed, such as contact details or decision-maker information
Motivate companies to register on Hortinex as buyers or suppliers
Also ask buyers whether they are currently looking for certain products or suppliers
Use our guides, templates, and internal processes, but also personalize messages independently or with the help of AI tools when needed
Communicate professionally, clearly, and politely with European business contacts

Important
You do not need to build lead lists from scratch. Most leads are already available. Your job is to review them, contact them, send personalized messages, do follow-ups, and add missing information when needed.

Requirements

Strong and fluent English, both written and spoken
Willingness to make phone calls yourself
Experience in email outreach, follow-up work, sales support, lead communication, or similar roles is a strong advantage
Strong writing skills
Organized and reliable way of working
Comfortable using Excel or similar tracking systems
Professional and friendly communication style
Ability to learn quickly from guides and processes
Willingness to use AI and translation tools when helpful

Big advantage

A strong second language in addition to English, such as German, Italian, French, Spanish, or another European language
Experience in B2B communication
Experience dealing with European companies
Experience in phone outreach or follow-up sales

What success looks like
During the first week, you will learn our workflow and systems. After that, suitable KPIs will be defined together. What matters most to us is that you work in a structured way, keep accurate records, and contribute to registrations and platform activity through strong communication.
