We're looking for (the best) **Social Content Assistant** to join **dayrise**.
If you're into **sports, travel, and digital culture**, thrive on **structure but crave adventure**, and want to work in true **Gen Z style** — this might just be your dream job.
If this role already feels like it was written with you in mind, that's usually a good sign.
---
## The Upside
dayrise is a consulting firm for celebrities, creators, and brands. We define strategy, build positioning frameworks, and engineer long-term growth for a very selective group of talent whose vision aligns with ours. We have been invitation-only from day one.
dayrise was founded in May 2023 and, as of 2026, represents a roster reaching 17 million followers across platforms. Campaigns managed by dayrise have run with Airbnb, IKEA, Magnum, Trade Republic, Visit Dubai, Visit Abu Dhabi, and Skyscanner, among others.
**Our principle is simple: to do well and be well.**
We are now turning that same strategic machine on ourselves. The dayrise brand is launching its own social presence and we need one person to build it. At the same time, the founder is building her personal brand from scratch — deliberately, separately, and with full strategic intent. A business partner is doing the same. This role sits at the centre of all three.
---
## Elevator Pitch
Picture this: you're the creative engine behind a fast-growing consulting firm, a founder scaling her first business from 7 to 8 figures while simultaneously building a new one from scratch, and a business partner running their own company — all at once. You're building content systems, owning social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, and learning directly from a founder who sits inside the strategy of a 18-million-follower roster. No micromanagement. No rigid 9–5. Just high standards, real ownership, and a performance structure that means the better you do, the more you earn.
If you're the type of person who analyses content in your spare time, has opinions about why certain creators win and others plateau, and is hungry to build something that lasts — this is your room.
And yes, we notice people who pay attention.

## Your Role in a Nutshell
- **Build the content engine** — develop a repeatable, platform-native system for producing short-form video, carousels, written content, and visual assets across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- **Own multiple presences** — manage content across several active accounts: the dayrise brand, the founder's personal brand (operating independently), and a business partner's brand. Each has a distinct voice, audience, and goal.
- **Execute two distinct tracks per account** — feed content builds authority and community; non-follower content drives new audiences into the funnel. Both must be managed simultaneously, with different creative logic.
- **Make the numbers move** — set up meaningful KPIs, track what works, and bring the data that shapes what we do next.
- **Run and learn paid advertising** — manage boosted posts and paid campaigns on Instagram and LinkedIn. Dedicated budget will be allocated to both the founder's account and the dayrise brand.
If you naturally read things in order, you'll probably enjoy how we work.

## What Success Looks Like
**At 30 days:** You've absorbed both strategies, studied all inspiration accounts, built mood boards and voice documents for every entity, and delivered a content framework and KPI dashboard. You haven't posted much yet. That's correct — the foundation is everything.
**At 90 days:** Content is live, consistent, and performing across all accounts. The two-track system is running. Non-follower reels are bringing in new audiences. Feed content is building trust and community. You're tracking weekly, flagging what's working, and proactively suggesting what to do next.
**At 6 months:** The accounts are growing. Paid campaigns are live and optimised. Leads are arriving pre-educated. LinkedIn is generating real conversation. The founder's personal brand is gaining

## Ideal Candidate Profile — Is This You?
- **You're Gen Z** — not as a box-tick, but because native platform fluency cannot be taught. You don't just use these platforms. You understand them at a mechanical level.
- **You're obsessed in the good way** — you study content like others study sport. You reverse-engineer why things work. You have strong opinions about what's lazy and what's great.
- **You're a builder, not a passenger** — you see what needs to happen and you make it happen. You don't need someone to chase you.
- **You bring a creative eye you can back up** — not aesthetic preference. Craft. You can point to work you've made and explain the decisions behind every choice.
- **You understand the difference between feed content and reach content** — two completely different creative briefs. You can execute both without conflating them.
- **You're data-fluent** — you know how to build a tracker, read the numbers, and make recommendations based on them.
- **You can hold multiple voices at once** — creating for a founder, a brand, and a business partner, each with a distinct voice, audience, and tone.
- **You're open to paid advertising** — whether you already know it or are ready to learn, paid ads will be part of this role.
- **You care about doing things properly** — dayrise operates to a high standard. Clarity, precision, and reliability are non-negotiable.
- **You notice details** — in content, in communication, and in the way instructions are given.
- **Your English is exceptional** — perfect written and verbal English is a must. You know how to write with clarity, nuance, tone, and precision across different formats and audiences.
- **You understand English-speaking culture deeply** — especially the humour, references, tone, and social cues that make content feel native rather than translated or generic.

## This Is NOT For You If…
- You want a job you can coast in. This role has real expectations and real accountability.
- You're looking for someone to hand you a brief every morning. You bring your own ideas.
- You see social media as a checkbox, not a craft. We can't train that obsession in.
- You need rigid hours and structured sign-off on everything. We care about outcomes, not timesheets.
- You've never made anything. No portfolio, no account, no experiments. We need evidence.
- You're not comfortable being accountable for real results on real accounts with real audiences.
- You tend to skim and improvise instead of reading properly and following through.

## What You'll Be Doing
- **Content creation and editing** — end-to-end production of short-form video, carousels, and written posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Scripting, filming direction, editing, B-roll, captions, and platform-specific formatting. You're producing, not just editing.
- **Two-track content management** — for each account: feed content (authority, community, depth) and non-follower content (reach, virality, funnel entry) as two distinct tracks.
- **Multi-entity management** — the dayrise brand, the founder's personal brand, a business partner's brand, and team profiles. Each entity has its own voice and goal.
- **LinkedIn strategy and outreach** — LinkedIn is our primary B2B lead engine. Daily connection requests (up to 30 per account), deliberate content strategy, conversion-focused follow-up, and daily outreach to potential prospects.
- **Paid advertising** — manage and optimise boosted posts and paid campaigns on Instagram and LinkedIn. Dedicated budget provided.
- **Presentations and infographics** — pitch decks, visual one-pagers, and branded infographics.
- **Performance tracking and reporting** — weekly KPI review per platform, per entity. You own this — it's a decision tool, not a formality.
- **Trend monitoring** — study accounts like
- **Content framework development** — build the repeatable system: rhythm, templates, production process, content calendar.
- **Lead magnets and value assets** — guides, quizzes, and frameworks that generate pre-educated inbound leads.
- **Asset management** — a clean, structured content folder system. No chaos.
A lot of this role comes down to taste, consistency, and noticing what most people miss.

## Win-Win Compensation
**Base:** ~€1,200–€1,400/month
**Performance bonuses:**
- Bonus for content that goes viral (threshold defined per platform and account size)
- Bonus per qualified inbound lead generated through content
- Bonus for hitting follower and engagement growth milestones
- Bonus per converted lead attributed to social or paid content
> We want you in the driver's seat. When the content wins, you win. This isn't a vague "we'll reward you" promise — it's a structured incentive we'll define together before you start.
> *Contract: 12-month independent contractor agreement. 2-month trial. Remote-flexible, output-driven.*

## Why This Is Different
- **You'll be trained by someone who's actually done it** — Giada Rissotto, founder of dayrise, who has built and advised a 17-million-follower roster and managed campaigns for Airbnb, IKEA, Magnum, and Trade Republic, will give you direct, hands-on mentorship from week one.
- **You'll own real accounts with real stakes** — live accounts, real audiences, real consequences. Not spec work. Not a test. Ownership.
- **You'll build from the beginning** — the dayrise brand is launching now. What you create in the next 12 months will define what we look like for years.
- **You'll learn what most roles never teach** — personal brand architecture, multi-entity content systems, LinkedIn as a lead engine, paid amplification strategy, and the inner workings of a consulting firm at the forefront of the European creator economy.
- **You'll learn how modern brands scale** — by working alongside specialists who turn processes into efficient, AI-powered systems, you'll see first-hand how a growing business becomes more effective and built to scale.
- **Opportunity to grow into leadership** — as we put the right systems and processes in place to build brands more efficiently and at scale, there will be scope to take on more responsibility and eventually help lead the team we hire to do this for more clients.
Some people will read this and think it sounds intense. The right person will read it carefully and smile.

## What the Content Actually Looks Like
These are real examples — specifically selected during briefing — of the content directions you'll be executing across all accounts. Study these before you apply. They are not mood board inspiration. They are the brief.
**Giada's account — feed content**
[Lifestyle carousel: nice outfit, grounding caption](
[Day-in-the-life cinematic series](
**Giada's account — non-follower reels (reach content)**
[Lifestyle reel that drives profile visits](
[Introduction to what I'm building](
**dayrise account — brand content**
[Story-led, phone-filmed mini-ad](
[Vision and soul reel — not what we do, but who we are](
[Office hours as a reality show](
**George's LinkedIn account** — Simple, founder-led content that speaks directly to traditional business owners and shows how AI and better systems make their businesses more efficient, more profitable, and easier to scale. The content sits across three pillars: AI, founder-led businesses, and a selective lifestyle that resonates with business owners in their 40s, 50s, and 60s. It includes sharing insights, breakthroughs, and case studies; teaching business owners what (not how) AI can actually do for them; and examples of how we have helped.F
If you got this far, you probably already understand why we like people who read properly.
