We are looking for a reliable and experienced Medical VA to support a U.S.-based pain management clinic.

Position Details:
• Full-time | Long-term | Remote
• $5–$6/hour (based on experience)
• Paid U.S. Holidays

Clinic Details:
• Specialty: Pain Management
• EHR: Isalus

Key Responsibilities:
• Front desk and phone support
• Appointment scheduling, confirmation, and rescheduling
• Prior authorizations
• Insurance verification
• Referrals coordination
• Billing experience is a plus

We’re seeking someone detail-oriented, organized, and confident handling U.S. healthcare workflows.
