We are a fast-growing UK-based solar sales company on a mission to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy. Our teams are expanding rapidly across sales, marketing, and operations, and we need a driven Internal Recruiter to help us find and secure the best talent to power our growth.

The Role
As our Internal Recruiter, you will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across all business functions. You will be the engine behind our people growth — sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-quality candidates from the UK and internationally. This is a pivotal role that directly impacts the performance and culture of our company.

What We're Looking For
Essential
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (agency or in-house)
Excellent written and spoken English — capable of representing the company professionally on calls and in written communications
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Facebook Jobs, and/or OnlineJobs.ph
Confident and personable telephone manner for candidate screening
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple roles simultaneously
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

Desirable
Experience recruiting for sales roles (SDRs, closers, BDRs) in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with solar, energy, or broader B2C sales industries
Experience recruiting overseas talent, particularly from the Philippines (OnlineJobs.ph)
Knowledge of UK employment law and right-to-work requirements
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
