We are building a next-generation documentary content studio powered by AI, cinematic storytelling, and high-impact visuals.
We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor & Motion Designer who can transform scripts into engaging, cinematic documentary-style videos using a mix of AI tools, stock footage, motion graphics, and light 3D elements.
This is not a basic editing role. We are looking for someone who understands pacing, storytelling, and visual impact.
???? Responsibilities
Turn scripts into fully produced documentary-style videos (5–20 minutes)
Source and integrate:
Stock footage
AI-generated visuals
Motion graphics and animations
Create cinematic sequences using:
Text animation
UI simulations (maps, chats, dark web style visuals)
Transitions and effects
Use AI tools to generate and enhance visuals
Sync visuals perfectly with voiceover and storytelling flow
Apply professional color grading, sound design, and pacing
Maintain high retention through dynamic editing and scene variation
????? Required Skills
Strong experience in video editing (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve)
Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects
Experience using AI tools such as:
Runway ML
Pika Labs
Ability to create motion graphics (text, UI, maps, overlays)
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and viewer psychology
Experience with stock footage platforms (Envato, Artgrid, Storyblocks)
? Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)
Basic knowledge of Blender (simple scenes, camera movement)
Experience with AI image generation (Midjourney / Stable Diffusion)
Sound design experience (music + effects for tension)
Experience editing documentary or YouTube storytelling content
