We are looking for a skilled Meta & TikTok Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for our creative workshop business based in San Francisco.
Your role will focus on driving bookings and high-quality leads through performance marketing.
Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta
Test creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
Optimize campaigns based on key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR)
Identify winning creatives and scale them effectively
Collaborate with our team to improve ad creatives and hooks
Track performance and provide weekly reports
Requirements:
Proven experience with both Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
Ability to show past results (ROAS, CPA, case studies)
Strong understanding of conversion funnels and audience targeting
Data-driven decision making
Reliable communication and consistent execution
Nice to Have:
Experience in local services, events, or workshops
Experience with UGC-style creatives
Basic knowledge of landing pages and conversion optimization
