We're a growing digital marketing agency looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Google Ads Virtual Assistant to join our team. You'll be managing and optimising paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts, so reliability, sharp analytical thinking, and strong communication are a must.
We're open to both full-time and part-time applicants — the right fit matters more than the hours.
What You'll Be Doing
- Setting up, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Writing and testing ad copy variations
- Monitoring campaign performance daily and making proactive adjustments
- Building reports and presenting insights to clients or account managers
- Using AI tools (including Claude) to speed up research, analysis, reporting, and copy generation
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience (agency experience preferred)
- Google Ads certification is a plus
- Comfortable working across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Actively uses AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini — you should be using these daily to work smarter and faster
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-starter who can flag issues and suggest improvements without being micromanaged

- Reliable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps)
