JOB OVERVIEW

Hey all,
I’m looking for a full-time video editor to join me long-term and grow together.

You’ll be editing a mix of:

Client work (paid social / ads / brand content)
My personal content (short-form + YouTube)

If you’re into tech, luxury, and design-forward content, this will be a great fit.

Scope:
A few client videos per month
~5–10 short-form videos for my personal pages
2–3 YouTube videos per month

What I’m Looking For:
Strong understanding of short-form pacing, retention, and storytelling
Ability to match a clean, elevated, cinematic style (not generic UGC)
Detail-oriented (text overlays, timing, sound design matter)
Fast turnaround and strong communication (24-48hr turn around times)
Able to handle large 4K/6K files smoothly

Bonus if you:
Understand tech and luxury product content
Have a strong sense of what performs on TikTok and Instagram
Can think beyond just editing (ideas, structure, improvements)
