I have a business called Origami World, website
Based in Sydney AUSTRALIA.
We deliver origami event activations and corporate origami workshops Australia wide and branded corporate kits.
We’ve worked with brands such as Seiko, Toyota, Canva all have been from inbound leads. We are now looking for someone to assist with outbound / outreach.
About the role:
We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist who can own the end-to-end process of finding new prospects, starting conversations, nurturing relationships, and booking qualified appointments.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys research, thoughtful outreach, and consistent follow-up — and who can build a repeatable system (not just send messages).
Key outcomes (what success looks like):
A steady pipeline of qualified leads added each week
Consistent outreach activity across agreed channels (e.g., LinkedIn +
High-quality conversations that progress toward booked calls
Clean, up-to-date CRM records and clear reporting
Qualified appointments booked on the calendar with the right decision-makers
Responsibilities:
Build targeted lead lists based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and campaign priorities
Research prospects and personalize outreach (not spam)
Run outbound campaigns across agreed channels:
LinkedIn connection + DM sequences
Email
Phone follow-ups / cold calling
Qualify inbound and outbound responses using agreed criteria
Nurture leads with structured follow-up and light-touch value adds
Book meetings/appointments and ensure prospects are prepared (agenda, context, details)
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (stages, notes, next steps, tasks)
Track performance and iterate: messaging, targeting, and sequences
Required skills & experience:
Proven experience in lead generation, outbound outreach, and appointment setting
Strong written communication (clear, warm, professional, and concise)
Comfortable with follow-up and handling objections respectfully
Strong research skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and strong admin discipline
Nice to have:
Experience selling services (B2B) and/or corporate/event-related offerings
Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting best practices
Experience building simple outreach systems (templates, sequences, tracking)
Cold calling experience
