JOB OVERVIEW

Pay: $4–$6 USD/hour (depending on experience) + performance bonus
Hours: 25–38 hrs/week (contractor) | Start: ASAP
Location: Remote (PH)
About the role

This is a junior execution role inside an established workflow. You’ll support long-form production by creating clean, watchable edits, repurposing footage into Amazon-compliant clips, and helping with localized versions for overseas channels.

You won’t be guessing. We provide SOPs, examples, templates, and feedback. You need to be fast, consistent, and coachable.

What you’ll be doing

• Edit long-form YouTube videos from provided A-roll + B-roll (8–15 minutes)
• Create Amazon Influencer clips from existing footage (Amazon-compliant: no pricing, no giveaways, no off-platform CTAs)
• Help prep localized versions (simple edits, timing adjustments, subtitles/captions where required, basic export variants)
• Add clean overlays/text, transitions, music where appropriate (not loud / not messy)
• Keep files organised (naming, versions, exports) so projects don’t get lost
• Follow deadlines and respond during agreed work hours

What we’re looking for (non-negotiable)

• Real editing experience (YouTube long-form preferred)
• Can follow a brief exactly and match a house style
• Good English comprehension (briefs + feedback)
• Can handle repetitive work without quality dropping
• Reliable PC + internet (able to work with large files)

Preferred (highly regarded)

• Product review / creator content experience (YouTube)
• Amazon video experience (or you can learn fast and follow rules)
• CapCut Desktop, Filmora, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience making shorts/repurposing from long-form
• Basic thumbnail or simple motion graphics is a bonus (not required)
