JOB OVERVIEW

Ravine Group Insurance Services is a fast-growing commercial insurance agency based in Clearwater, Florida. We specialize in helping business owners, contractors, and trades companies across Florida protect what they have built. We are currently expanding our outbound sales team and looking for one highly disciplined cold caller to join us. If you are detail-oriented, coachable, and thrive in a fast-paced calling environment, we want to hear from you. This is a calling and booking role only. You will not sell insurance. You will not answer any insurance questions under any circumstances — all coverage, pricing, and policy questions are redirected immediately to our licensed agent. Your one job is to follow our proven script, handle basic objections, and get Florida business owners booked on our calendar for a video appointment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY:
— Dial Florida business owners using our Wavv multi-line power dialer — this is a high volume, fast-paced role
— Follow our written script exactly — no freestyling, no improvising, no going off script
— Ask every live prospect one specific question: when does your business insurance renew?
— Book appointments directly to our calendar link
— Log every call outcome and disposition in Google Sheets immediately after every call — no exceptions
— Send a short end-of-day summary report to the manager each afternoon
— Have all calls recorded — recordings are reviewed daily for quality and coaching

WHAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO:
— Answer any question about insurance coverage, pricing, carriers, or claims
— Give any opinion on what type of insurance a business needs
— Deviate from the written script without written approval from the manager
— Skip logging any call for any reason

WHAT WE REQUIRE:
— Fluent spoken English — clear, confident, and professional on the phone
— Minimum 1 year of outbound cold calling experience calling US businesses specifically
— Experience with a power dialer — Wavv, Kixie, Mojo, PhoneBurner, or similar tool
— Experience logging calls accurately in a CRM or Google Sheets after every call
— Quiet dedicated home office, wired internet connection, USB headset — this is non-negotiable and will be verified
— Availability Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Time
— Ability to start within 7 days of offer

THIS IS A HIGH VOLUME ROLE:
Our Wavv dialer runs multiple lines simultaneously. Experienced setters on our system reach 200 to 300 dials per day. If you prefer a slow or low-volume calling environment this is not the right fit. If you are someone who is energized by volume, rewarded by performance, and takes pride in following a system with precision — this role was built for you.
